Every single piece at LAZART is custom-printed, manufactured, and quality-checked just for you using a global network of specialized print fulfillment partners. This means your order is automatically routed to the production facility closest to your delivery address, reducing shipping times, carbon footprint, and customs border friction. --- ### Production & Delivery Timelines * **Production Time:** It takes **2–5 business days** to print, construct, and pack your custom artwork before it ships. * **Shipping Time:** Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows are as follows: | Region | Estimated Shipping Time | | :--- | :--- | | **Europe / Germany** | 3 – 7 business days | | **North America** | 4 – 9 business days | | **Asia-Pacific** | 5 – 12 business days | | **Rest of the World** | 8 – 15 business days | > **Please Note:** Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package leaves our partner facility. --- ### Taxes, Duties & Transparent Pricing We believe in absolute transparency—no hidden fees, no surprise border holdups. * **Major Regions (EU, UK, US, Canada, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore):** All applicable local Sales Taxes, VAT, or GST are calculated transparently at checkout and fully included in your final purchasing price. Because we utilize local production facilities in these regions, your order ships **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)**. You will never receive an unexpected customs or import bill upon delivery. * **Rest of the World:** For countries outside our main local fulfillment network, packages may occasionally be subject to local import duties or regional taxes depending on your government's regulations. --- ### Lost Shipments & Undeliverable Packages * **Lost in Transit:** If your package is past its estimated delivery date and the tracking hasn't updated in days, please contact us. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will cover the cost of a replacement. * **Wrong Address:** If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to our printing partner, the package will be securely destroyed by the facility due to its custom nature. To get a replacement, you will need to submit a new order with the correct address at your own expense.
