Our canvas art prints all arrive framed & ready to hang on your wall. Including a floating frame for the perfect gallery-quality finish.

- Assembly: Not required. Delivered strung on the back & ready to hang.
- Printing: Giclée printing using premium inks.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Sunlight: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

As all items are custom made to order, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.
We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you.
On the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to support@lazart.art
with a description and photos of the damage or issue, and for any damage in transit claims please email us photos of the packaging too (carton or tube) so we can discuss with you.
We also need this if we are in turn to make any claim with our shipping partners.
All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.
Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.

We use archival Giclée printing with premium pigments and museum-quality materials.
Under normal indoor conditions, your artwork is designed to last for decades without noticeable fading. While no print should be placed in prolonged direct sunlight, our inks and materials offer excellent resistance to light exposure.

There is a hanging kit included for all framed prints, for easy hanging upon arrival.
All unframed paper art prints will require framing once you receive the mailer tube with rolled art print/s. We recommend when receiving to lay it flat on a clean surface, ideally lay a clean cloth or sheet on a table or clean flat floor. then lay the print down and put another sheet on top - with flat weights, books etc.
The print should relax in a day or so so you can put in a frame. We recommend purchasing a frame where the print sits up next to the glass or take to a professional framer who can mount the print for you.
